| October Update | ||||||||||
| Hello Friends. It's hard to believe that October is here already. Seems like we celebrated Columbus Day just a short while ago. Columbus Day has always been special to me, because my grandfather,who was born in Milan, Italy, was named Christopher Columbus. He said that he was a direct descendant of the famous Columbus, but since he seemed to always have a glint in his eye when he said it, I'm not sure it is true. Some day I will discover my family tree and may find that I had a very famous forebear. | ||||||||||
| We might also spend a few moments thinking about those who are protecting us. I hope all of you who have friends and family in Iraq, Afghanistan or any other part of the world where our servicemen and women are stationed find that they are safe and well. We owe them a lot. There is also some tragic news to tell you. Our publisher and president of Gardenia Press, P. Elizabeth Collins, passed away in September very unexpectantly. Her husband, Bob, is working to carry on with the business and as you can imagine, it is very tough for him. Our prayers and sympathies go to Bob and his family. We are pleased to tell you that Bob Collins has told us that Immoral Symphony with be published very soon and will have complete distribution support whether or not the company is eventually sold. As you can imagine, Terri and I are very happy about this. So, your long wait to receive and read our book is about to end. We both thank you for your patience and for your understanding in your communications with us. You are all very nice folks. |

| Terri is busy this weekend with signings in the Boston area. We are both attending the Florida Writer's Association Conference this month where we will also do an autograph session. Terri will also present a workshop at the conference. We are also planning signing tours in Florida, the Boston area, the Washington area, Savannah and Charleston, SC. We will post the details of these trips on this website when they are finalized. We hope to see many of you along the way. We are looking forward to shaking your hand and maybe a hug or two. Terri and I wish you happiness and good health. Dare to dream. |
